Rattlers

Now free, the Rattlers endured oppression, similar to the plight akin to the Ulfir, under the Dra’an. They were conscripted into laborious mining camps within the labyrinthine tunnels and canyons of their land, extracting precious metals. Given metallic frames enabling bipedal locomotion, they emerged as the latest addition to the ranks of the upright-walking races. Imbued with both pluck and valor, they are frequently underestimated, other races dismissing them as insignificant threats, unwittingly affording the Rattlers ample opportunity to strike.
